Mental Health Awareness Programme 2025 by IMK

Imamia Medics Kashmir (IMK) organized a Mental Health Awareness Program at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Magam, on 26 April 2025 focusing on key issues such as stress management, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, and substance abuse.

Dr. Sajad Yusuf (Consultant Psychiatrist, NHS UK) addressed the students, offering valuable insights and practical advice, followed by an interactive session.

This event is part of IMK's broader awareness campaign, inspired by our core belief that "knowledge is power." At IMK, we aim to tackle problems at their roots, emphasizing prevention alongside treatment.
